At PickleballPH, all products are sourced directly from our partner brands and are backed by their official manufacturer warranty—so you can buy with confidence.


What You’ll Need

To get started, simply provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)
  • Order and product details
  • Photo or video of the issue


What’s Covered

Warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.


What’s Not Covered

Normal wear, misuse, or damage from external factors (e.g., impact, heat, improper storage) are not considered manufacturing defects. Consumable items (balls, grips, apparel, accessories) are also not covered.


Shipping Damage

If your item is damaged in transit, we’ll guide you in coordinating with the courier. We recommend checking and documenting your parcel upon delivery.


How It Works

  • Once approved, we’ll assist with the resolution

  • Local inspection: 7–14 business days
  • Brand evaluation (if required): 3–4 weeks

Nets 1 year Frame or structural defects. Does not cover induced breakage. Mesh net is not covered.
Bags 6 months Zippers and stitching defects.
PADDLETEK All Paddles Limited Lifetime Covers defects affecting playability (as per brand policy).

TITAN Personal Machine 2 years or 280 ball hours (whichever comes first) Individual / Private use.
Commercial Machine 1 year or 281 ball hours (whichever comes first) Clubs, coaches, or schools.
Batteries / Chargers 3 months Electrical components.
