Return & Warranty Policy

At PickleballPH, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have the best experience possible. While we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, we’re happy to assist with concerns involving defective items or incorrect orders.

 

Returns & Exchanges 🔄

When can you return?

We accept returns only if the product has a manufacturing defect or if we sent you the wrong item.

Here’s what to do:

·         Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

·         Send us a quick description of the problem plus clear photos or videos of the product.

·         Our team will review your claim and guide you on what’s next.

You’ll need to send the item back to us (at your own cost) so we can inspect it. Please return the product complete and in its original packaging. We’ll only approve the claim after checking the item.

 

If approved, here’s what we offer:

·         A replacement of the same model (if available).

·         If the exact model isn’t available, an exchange for something of equal or higher value (you’ll cover the price difference).

·         Store credit valid for 1 year, issued as an online code to use on the PickleballPH.

 

What we don’t accept:

Items damaged from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Products that show signs of excessive impact, intentional damage, or altered condition beyond normal use (e.g., broken paddles from hitting hard surfaces)

Pre-ordered items, since they are specially ordered for you

 

Special cases:

On rare occasions, returns for store credit might be accepted (subject to review). If approved, a 25% restocking fee applies. Store credit will be issued as a code valid for 1 year on the PickleballPH.
