Returns & Refund Policy
At PickleballPH, we’re committed to delivering quality products and a smooth customer experience. If anything doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, sizing concerns, or personal preference. However, we understand that situations can vary, and we’re open to reviewing requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and paid, it is considered final so we can process it efficiently.
If a cancellation request is approved before shipment:
- A 20% restocking and processing fee may apply
- The remaining balance will be refunded accordingly
Orders that have already been shipped will follow the return process.
3. Special Considerations
In certain cases, we may accommodate exceptions. Approved requests may require:
- Items to be returned in original, unused condition
- Complete packaging and accessories
- Return shipping to be arranged by the customer
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photo or video evidence
- Short description of the issue
(Unboxing videos help speed things up.)
5. Resolution Options
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide:
- Replacement (priority), or
- Exchange, or
- Store credit (valid for 1 year)
For valid claims, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
6. Return Guidelines
Approved returns must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Complete with packaging, tags, and accessories
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible.
7. Shipping Notes
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is customer-covered unless the item is confirmed defective
- We recommend using a trackable courier
8. Refund Processing
If applicable, refunds will be processed within 15–30 business days after approval via:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return unless defective:
- Used or opened items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Items without complete packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse
10. What is Not Considered a Defect
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use or handling
- Minor variations in color or texture
- Slight differences from product images
11. Fair Use
We reserve the right to decline requests that involve misuse or unreasonable claims. All decisions are handled fairly and in accordance with applicable laws.
